Managing Director Mr. Tarek Choufani, and CAG Funds’s joint venture partner PowerChina, represented by its President, sign with Bank of China (2nd largest bank in the world) a trilateral Cooperation/Financial Advisory agreement to cooperate on the ‘Power & Infrastructure Fund’ managed jointly by CAG Funds and Power China. Bank of China will support the Fund by providing bank leverage (debt finance) to bankable projects targeted by the JV fund. Moreover, Bank of China, through its global investor network, will assist in raising equity for the JV Fund.
