CAG Funds Managing Director, Tarek Choufani, signs a US$250 million green energy JV Fund Agreement with Ciri Capital. The JV Fund will invest mainly in solar, wind, and biomass energy development in both emerging and developed markets. Ciri will bring its industry know-how and strategic partners China Datang, PowerChina, and CCCC. The fund has a unique business model that will allow it to remain light on assets and exit within 3-4 years.
